Construction of Kibwezi WWTP of Capacity 1,000m3/day comprising inlet works, anaerobic ponds, facultative ponds, maturation ponds, sludge drying bed constructed wetlands, site entrance gate, security fencing, office building, staff houses, laboratory and other site ancillaries;
Construction of Trunk and Lateral Sewers length 10Km;
Supply of sanitation equipment including Suction truck 10m3 and Truck (7.5 tonne) with hydraulic host;
Implementation of 100 Nr. Consumer connections.
Impacts
(i) Project expected to employ 1,000 persons during implementation and 30 personnell during operation
(ii) 100 holdholds to be connected
