Scope of Works
Water treatment,building a transmission main, Construction of storage tanks at Kiserian Schopol Tank, 800 m³, Narumoru Tank, 100 m³, Gataka Tank, 2,300 m³, Water distribution by Constructing 210 km of ring mains and distribution network in Kiserian and Ongata Rongai (OD63 to DN500):, Builiding new main office building for OWSC at Mbagathi tank site, Rehabilitation of 6 existing boreholes, 10 new boreholes, with local supply systems

Key Challenges
Insufficient water for the project area:dissatisfied consumers hence rationing will be soon needed if there are no additional sources. New KPLC connections are needed at various boreholes.
Remarks
The following parts of the Works were all taken over: Mbagathi WTP, Kiserian Office, Borehole, Rising Main, Kiserian School Tank and DMAs K1 and K2, Mbagathi Head Office for OWSC, including site works and buildings. Independent Boreholes taken over are Enkasurai, Kisaju, Keekonyonke, Olkudate and Olmeroi.
