Construction of approximately 25 Km sewer lines including the trunk, Construction of 2,074m3/day waste water treatment plant, Construction of 5 No. on-site sanitation facilities (ablution blocks with bio digester and solar lighting system and fertilizer), planting of 10,000 trees(Afforestation), training of the operators
Impacts
The project will help reduce waterborne diseases due to improved sanitation which will lead to better overall health and reduced healthcare costs. Improved sanitation will increase productivity in the workforce, leading to improved livelihoods and economic growth.
