Construction of a wastewater collection and treatment system comprising of Screens, Primary Sedimentation tanks, Trickling Filters and Oxidation for a flow of 15,000 m3/day for the ultimate year of 2047, Construction of a wastewater collection and treatment system comprising of Screens, Primary Sedimentation tanks, Trickling Filters and Oxidation for a flow of 22,000m3/day for the ultimate year of 2047, Construction of a wastewater collection and treatment system comprising of Screens, Primary Sedimentation tanks, Trickling Filters and Oxidation for a flow of 14,400m3/day Ponds to serve a population of 82,000 for the ultimate year of 2047, Construction of a water distribution system of pipelines and tanks to distribute 10,000m3/day of water
Impacts
The project will help reduce waterborne diseases due to improved sanitation which will lead to better overall health and reduced healthcare costs. Improved sanitation will increase productivity in the workforce, leading to improved livelihoods and economic growth.
