Extension to Kibira, DN 25 mm, approximately 750m, iv.Extension to Sokomoko, DN 25 mm, approximately 200m, v. Extension to Chebich, DN 32 mm approximately 200m, vi. Kimurio tank – Kimurio primary, DN 50 mm, approximately 2km Rehabilitation of:i. Intake Weir and its accessories on R. Kimurio, ii. Existing Kapkongtank (150m3 Masonry) and its accessories, iii. All existing lines and their appurtenances approximately 20km, iv. Construction of 4No.Water Kiosks

Increased school attendance especially for girls as they spend less time collecting water and managing sanitation needs. Access to clean water and sanitation will increase productivity in the workforce, leading to improved livelihoods and economic growth, women and girls often bear the burden of collecting water, so improved water access will empower them and provide more time for other activities
