Scope of Works• Developing a comprehensive Water Resources Assessment Plan, • Increased technical capacities in the water sector, • Integrating the use of isotope hydrology techniques • Identification of hydrological information gaps, capacity gaps (expertise, technology and infrastructure) and optimum methodology for utilizing isotope hydrology techniques on the national and basin level • Enhance capacity for conducting water resource assessment • Establish a database of hydrological, hydrogeological, hydro - chemical and isotope data covering all the information relevant on the national and basin level. • Identify monitoring networks and monitoring activities in accordance with IAEA Water Availability Enhancement (IWAVE) process
