• New Waste Water Treatment Plant (Waste Stabilization Ponds) comprising of Inlet Works, Anaerobic Ponds, Facultative Ponds, Maturation Ponds & Sludge Drying Beds
• Reticulation 25 km sewer Sewerage Network within the service area of Watamu urban centre, Trunk Sewers connecting the Reticulation sewer with the New Waste Water Treatment Plant, pipeline sizes ranging between DN 150-450
• Sewage Pumping Stations at localized low points along the Sewerage Network,
• Administration building with laboratory and Store,
• Guard House and Grade 9 Staff Houses,
• Associated Ancillary Works e.g. Access roads, water reticulation, drainage etc.
